Do you know who you are in Christ? This is a picture of the ‘Door
of No Return’ at the slave castle in Cape Coast Ghana. Countless African people
marched through these doors after being sold. Separated from their family and loved
ones forever. Slaves for the rest of their lives. They were stuck as long as they
lived. Thank God that today Jesus Christ offers spiritual freedom to anyone who
accepts it. And that freedom lasts forever!
There is a different ‘Door of No Return’ that you as a child
of God should have walked through. You are dead to sin and alive in Christ. You
no longer have to yield to those things that once had you bound. You are free!
God has given you this opportunity for a new life and a fresh start. Are you taking
advantage if it?
